The Easiest & Best Crockpot Dinner EVER. Roast.

New to Crocking?  Have a herd to feed?  Maybe even just feeding yourself?  This is the PERFECT meal to crockpot.  Simple ingredients. Simple instructions.  Simple & delicious outcome. AND... here's the best part:  SIMPLE TO UPCYCLE THE LEFTOVERS!!!!

You'll need:
Potatoes
Carrots
Beef Roast (doesn't matter what size)
1 packet of Lipton onion recipe creations seasoning
5-10 cloves peeled Garlic
1 cup water

Put potatoes on the bottom of the crock.
Pour carrots over top of potatoes.
Place roast on top of carrots.

Make several deep 'stabs' in the roast with a knife.
Push garlic cloves into slots.

















Pour water into Crock
Cover meat with seasoning packet

Crock on 'keep warm' (I'm gone almost 12 hours today).

I suggest storing the drippings from the crockpot with the container of meat for tomorrows Pot Roast Burgers.
